A FREE online intro session to learn about hypnobirthing, how it works and why it is a lot more than you expect!Â
This 1 hour session is run online, direct to you in the comfort of your own home. At the end of this session you will understand what hypnobirthing is all about, why it is a comple antenatal course and whether or not I am the right teacher for you. The session will finish off with the chance to ask any questions you may have as well as being given a discount on booking a full group course!Â
