Face to face group hypnobirthing course at Longford Park Community Centre in Bodicote, Banbury.

Suitable at any time during pregnancy, one ticket = a place for mother and birth partner. 

Course Content:

• Approx 12 hours of content
• Learn how birth works and how to work with your body
• Learn about how your birth environment influences your birth and how to make it work for you, wherever that may be
• Discuss your preferences and make birth plans
• Build your birth partner's confidence
• Discover your rights in pregnancy and birth and how to advocate for them
• A clear understanding of the stages of labour and what to do at each one
• 4th trimester and postnatal planning
• Preparing to breast and/or bottle feed
