class joining info
All of my classes are held at my dedicated studio which is comfortable and cosy, fully equipped and includes free on site car parking. I recommend that you read below to see what else would be useful to bring to classes to make you even more comfortable as well as how to find it!
what to bring
Pregnancy Yoga:
Yoga mat - one is provided but if you want to bring your own and put it on top for extra padding you are very welcome to, but it is not essential to buy one if you don't have one
Water
Pillow/Cushion
Comfy stretchy clothes in layers that you can add to/take off as we move
Socks to keep warm at the end of class (ideally taking socks off for class to avoid slippage)
Post Natal Yoga:
Yoga mat - one is provided but if you want to bring your own and put it on top for extra padding you are very welcome to, but it is not essential to buy one if you don't have one
Comfy/stretchy clothes
Mat or blanket for baby to lie on next to you during practice, again, one is provided, but you may prefer your own
Usual change bag things (please take nappies home with you)
how to find the studio
The full address of the studio is:
The Yoga Studio
The Old Farmyard
Forceleap Farm
Hinton-in-the-Hedges
NN13 5PJ
Please note that the postcode does not take you to the studio, but will take you to the farm office and suggest that you park and walk because the new car park does not show on Google Maps yet!
To find the studio, follow the signs to Forceleap Farm, take the 2nd left, just after the farmhouse (sign posted The Old Farmyard), this will bring you into the car park. Once parked, walk through the gap in the barns into the courtyard, turn left and the studio will be straight in front of you.
